AMF Performance Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service describe the rules for using goamf.com and purchasing products or services directly from AMF Performance ("AMF," "we," "us," or "our").

Operator: Justin Olds, operating under the AMF Performance name.

Review these terms before purchasing. A separate agreement presented for a particular coaching program, subscription, or other service may contain additional terms. If those terms conflict with these general terms, the specific agreement controls for that service, subject to applicable law. Independent providers have their own agreements.

Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right, remedy, or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Eligibility and appropriate use

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into the applicable transaction to purchase AMF products or enroll in AMF services. Products and services may have additional eligibility requirements.

Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. If an account is offered, protect its sign-in information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not use the website for unlawful activity, impersonate another person, introduce harmful code, interfere with other users, or attempt unauthorized access.

3. Product information and availability

Product pages describe the available products, sizes, flavors, prices, and other details. Read the product page and complete product label before use. Images illustrate the product; packaging appearance may vary. If a delivered product materially differs from what you ordered, contact us.

Availability can change. A listing or order acknowledgment does not guarantee that an item is available for shipment. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund amounts paid for the unfulfilled item as required by law. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

We may correct an error in a listing. If an error affects an order you already placed, we will explain the correction and obtain your agreement to a changed order or cancel and refund the affected order as required. We will not impose a higher charge without your authorization.

4. Prices and payments

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless expressly indicated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and the total amount payable should be disclosed before you submit your order. Prices may change for future purchases; an announced change does not retroactively change a completed purchase.

By submitting an order, you authorize the payment method you provide to be charged the total you approve. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party provider. We may decline or cancel an order where necessary because payment cannot be completed, the item is unavailable, or there is a reasonable concern about fraud or unlawful use. Any amount collected for an order we cancel will be refunded as required by law.

5. Shipping and delivery

Available shipping destinations, charges, and any delivery or processing estimates will be disclosed with the order. Please check your shipping address before submitting it and contact [email protected] promptly if it is incorrect. A change may not be possible after fulfillment begins.

If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will provide the notices and cancellation/refund options required by applicable law. Contact us if an order appears lost, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item. A shipping carrier's investigation does not eliminate your rights under applicable law.

6. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

For help with an order, contact [email protected] with the order number and a description of the issue. Request a cancellation promptly; fulfillment may prevent an order from being stopped before shipment. Do not send products to the business address unless AMF provides return instructions.

If your order is damaged, incorrect, missing, or materially different from its description, contact us promptly so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law. Keep the packaging and, where practical, photographs of the problem. This request does not limit any statutory right.

No returns for change of mind. AMF does not accept returns or exchanges of supplements, whether opened or unopened, because of a change of mind, flavor preference, or a purchase made in error. Please review your selection before ordering.

This policy does not limit any remedy required by law for a damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or misdescribed product, or any required cancellation or refund for an unfulfilled order. Contact [email protected] for assistance. Do not send a product back unless AMF provides instructions.

Any refund required by law will be issued within the applicable deadline. The no-returns policy applies to supplement purchases; it does not determine the separate cancellation terms for coaching or independent clinical services.

7. Supplements and general information

AMF dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. General information on the website does not replace individualized advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use website content to diagnose a condition or change prescribed treatment.

Read the complete label, ingredient list, allergen information, directions, and warnings. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using a supplement if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have another concern about suitability. Individual results vary; no specific health, weight, or performance result is guaranteed.

8. Nutrition coaching

AMF Nutrition provides general nutrition education, accountability, and coaching. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or medical nutrition therapy. People with medical conditions, pregnancy or breastfeeding concerns, or a history of disordered eating should seek appropriate licensed care.

Any program price, onboarding fee, billing interval, service scope, cancellation procedure, and eligibility conditions must be provided before enrollment. If a benefit depends on another qualifying AMF subscription, the conditions disclosed for that benefit apply.

Review the cancellation, renewal, onboarding-fee, and refund terms provided for your specific coaching plan before enrolling. Contact [email protected] if those terms are unclear or have not been provided.

These website terms alone do not enroll you in a subscription or authorize recurring charges. A recurring plan requires the disclosures and consent applicable to that plan.

9. Independent clinical services

AMF is not a medical practice and does not diagnose, prescribe, or provide medical care. Independent licensed clinicians and their clinical partners determine eligibility, clinical recommendations, testing, treatment, and prescriptions. A request for information or evaluation does not guarantee treatment or a prescription. Availability may depend on location and individual circumstances.

Clinical services, laboratory services, pharmacy services, and patient-portal access are subject to the relevant provider's terms, privacy notices, consents, charges, and cancellation rules. A supplement purchase does not create a clinician-patient relationship. Use the clinical provider's designated channel for medical information and questions.

This website and ordinary AMF email are not emergency services. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

10. Website content, reviews, and external links

AMF's original site content and branding, and content licensed to AMF, are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the site for lawful personal use. Do not reproduce AMF branding or material for a commercial purpose without permission or another lawful basis.

If you submit a product review, provide an honest account based on your experience, avoid other people's private information, and disclose any material connection or incentive. By submitting content for publication, you permit AMF to display and format it for that purpose. You retain ownership of your content. Reviews may be moderated for spam, unlawful content, privacy violations, or lack of relevance; a negative opinion alone is not grounds for removal.

External websites are operated by their respective providers. Their availability, content, and practices may differ from ours. Review the applicable terms before using them.

11. Availability, responsibilities, and consumer rights

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but interruptions, technical errors, and outdated information can occur. Contact us if something appears incorrect or prevents you from completing a transaction.

No statement in these terms excuses AMF from an obligation or liability that applicable law does not allow it to exclude, including any mandatory product warranty or consumer remedy.

12. Changes and questions

We may update these terms for future website use and future transactions by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes do not retroactively alter a completed order. Material changes to an ongoing service will be communicated, with additional agreement obtained when required.

For order questions or concerns, contact us first so we can try to resolve them. Doing so does not prevent you from exercising any legal right or contacting a consumer-protection authority.
