AMF Performance Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 29, 2026.
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
AMF Performance ("AMF," "we," "us," or "our") offers performance supplements, nutrition coaching, and information about independent clinical services. This policy describes how we handle personal information collected through goamf.com, AMF customer communications, and AMF-operated services that link to this policy.
Operator: Justin Olds, operating under the AMF Performance name.
Contact us about privacy at [email protected] or by mail at AMF Performance, 1817 W. 7th Street, Webb City, MO 64870, United States.
Independent healthcare providers, laboratories, pharmacies, payment providers, and third-party services may have their own privacy notices. This policy does not replace their notices or a healthcare provider's Notice of Privacy Practices.
2. Information we collect
The information involved depends on how you interact with us:
- Contact information: Your name, email address, telephone number, and mailing address when you provide them to us. Our current homepage newsletter form asks for your email address.
- Order information: Products purchased, quantities, billing and shipping details, transaction status, and correspondence about orders, returns, or delivery.
- Payment information: Payment details submitted through the payment provider at checkout. AMF receives order and payment-status information needed to administer the transaction.
- Communications: Information you include in messages, support requests, reviews, or other submissions, together with your communication preferences.
- Coaching information: If you enroll in AMF nutrition coaching, information you choose to provide about goals, food preferences, training, habits, progress, and check-ins. This may include information about your health. The coaching portal must present any additional notices and consent choices that apply before collecting this information.
- Technical and usage information: Our website and the services that operate it may receive IP addresses, browser and device details, pages visited, referral information, approximate location derived from an IP address, and interaction or diagnostic information. Cookies and similar technologies can support these functions.
Information may come directly from you, from your use of the website, or from providers assisting with a transaction or service you requested.
Please do not send medical records, laboratory results, government identification, or full payment-card details through the newsletter form or ordinary customer-service email. Use the designated clinical or payment channel when those details are necessary.
3. How we use information
We use information as needed to:
- Process orders, arrange fulfillment, communicate about delivery, and address order problems.
- Respond to questions and provide customer support.
- Deliver coaching you request and administer your access to participating services.
- Send product updates, education, and promotional emails when you subscribe or otherwise authorize them.
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve our website and services.
- Maintain business records, prevent misuse or fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable obligations.
We will obtain additional consent where required for a use of sensitive information. A newsletter subscription or ordinary website visit is not consent to unrelated health-data processing or marketing text messages.
4. When information is shared
We disclose information when reasonably needed to provide the requested service or for the purposes described below:
- Website and communications providers: Providers supporting hosting, forms, customer records, email delivery, security, and technical operation. The current website and newsletter use HighLevel/LeadConnector services.
- Payment providers: Providers that process and support payments, fraud checks, refunds, or payment disputes.
- Fulfillment providers: Suppliers, fulfillment partners, and shipping carriers that need order and delivery information to fulfill a purchase.
- Coaching tools and personnel: Authorized personnel and providers involved in the coaching service you request, subject to the notices and permissions applicable to that service.
- At your direction: For example, when you ask us to connect you with another service.
- Legal and protective purposes: When required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, protect safety or legal rights, or respond to a valid legal request.
- Business changes: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards.
These categories describe disclosures for operating the business; they do not authorize unrelated marketing uses of sensitive information.
We do not sell personal information, share customer lists with other businesses for their own marketing, or use advertising trackers for cross-site targeted advertising. Sharing information with the service providers described above to operate the services is separate from selling customer lists.
5. Cookies, analytics, and external services
The site uses services that support page delivery, security, forms, shopping functions, and measurement. The homepage includes a Cloudflare measurement script and an embedded LeadConnector newsletter form. External services, including embedded content, may receive technical information when your browser connects to them.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some storage or scripts may affect shopping, forms, sign-in, or other features. Browser settings do not necessarily stop every form of technical logging.
We do not conduct cross-site targeted advertising. Browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals do not disable essential site functions, transaction processing, or the technical information needed to provide the services. You can also contact us about your privacy choices at [email protected].
6. Health services and coaching information
AMF's public website provides general information and navigation about clinical services. Independent licensed clinicians make clinical decisions. Their intake, treatment, laboratory, prescription, and patient-portal services are governed by their own notices and agreements.
AMF nutrition coaching provides general education and coaching. Information collected for coaching can still be sensitive even when the service is not medical care. Do not assume that all information submitted to AMF is protected by HIPAA simply because it relates to health.
Before a clinical referral or coaching enrollment, review the notices shown by the actual provider or portal. Any legally required separate consumer-health-data notice, authorization, or consent must be provided in addition to this general policy.
7. Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including completing orders, providing services, maintaining required records, resolving disputes, and honoring communication preferences. Retention depends on the type of information, the service, applicable requirements, and whether a dispute or investigation is pending. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to those requirements and backup limitations.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the information we handle. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive information through channels not intended for it.
8. Your choices and requests
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link included in those emails or contact [email protected]. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary order or service communications.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may also have rights to receive a copy of information, withdraw consent, restrict certain uses, appeal a decision, or opt out of certain disclosures. These rights may have exceptions, including information we must keep for legal obligations or an ongoing transaction.
We may need to verify a request and, where relevant, an authorized agent's authority. We will respond as required by applicable law. Please do not email identity documents unless we have arranged an appropriate verification method. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
9. Children
AMF's services are intended for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact [email protected] so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
10. Where information is processed
AMF is based in Missouri, United States. Providers supporting our services may process information in the United States or other locations. Privacy laws may differ between locations. Any applicable transfer requirements remain in effect.
11. Changes to this policy
We will update the effective date when this policy changes. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes when required by law. Changes will not override choices or permissions where the law requires us to honor them.
